Every June, EMCNC members come together from all parts of Northern California to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our youth graduation—a testament to their hard work, dedication, and resilience. This is a moment to honor not only their academic accomplishments but also the values of responsibility and gratitude that they carry forward. As they step into the future, they understand the weight of the love and sacrifices of their parents, families and community who have supported them along the way. Their success is not just their own, but a shared triumph with those who have been their steadfast pillars. On this beautiful sunny summer day, we will recognize those who:
– Completed Quran Shareef, Memorize Quran or Islamic Study
– Graduated from secondary school (completed 12th Grade)
– Graduated from 2-year collage
– Graduated from 4-year collage
– Achieved Master and Ph. D. degrees

As you embark on this new chapter, remember that you carry the hopes of your family, community and your nation. Whether you are from the place of your birth or have found a new home, you are part of a greater story—one of collaboration, unity, and progress. Your knowledge and skills are not just for personal gain but are to be used in service of those around you, to uplift your communities, and to contribute to the advancement of your country of origin and to the country that has given you opportunities to grow.
As you spread your wings, may you honor the faith your families, community, and country have placed in you, and may your journey inspire others to dream big and to believe that with hard work and full faith on Allah’s mercy, all things are possible.
